It would help GREATLY if you had some (or even all!) of the following information
to hand:
- Your asking price
- The address
- Number of rooms / bathrooms
- Measurements of rooms
- Type of heating, double glazing, freehold status etc...
- Any digital photos (in jpeg format) - As many as you like
But don't worry if you dont have all of the information, you can simply edit the
details later on.
