1. The agreement is made between My Own Ltd (we) and the vendor (you).
1.1 By entering into the agreement you are confirming you have read the Terms and Conditions listed below and agree to them.
1.2 My Own Limited is not responsible for the accuracy or contents of properties listed on this site.
1.3 You agree to My Own Ltd. publishing your advert details on the internet via the www.myownmove.com web site.
1.4 If you would like to complain then please contact us at contact@myownmove.com by writing to the address on the main site.
1.5 We reserve the right to remove any photos that we deem to be offensive or unsuitable (i.e. of a non-property related subject matter or not directly relating to the property being sold).
1.6 You must not use the MyOwnMove messaging system to send messages that do not relate to the property in question.
1.7 You must not use the MyOwnMove messaging system to send unsolicited advertisements relating to other services, nor must the content contain obscene, or otherwise questionable, content.

Our Responsibilities:
2. We shall to the best of our efforts, ensure that the My Own Move web site is available at all times we do, however, reserve the right to take the site off line without prior notice for maintenance.
2.1 We will endevour to list your property on the site for as long as is possible.
2.2 We will endevour to deliver emails and text message notifications within a reasonable time period but this may sometimes be out of our control.

Sellers:
3. You must have a legal right to sell the property which you are advertising.
3.1 The description that you supply is a true and accurate representation of the property. That the description is not misleading, My Own Ltd. wish to emphasize that they do not take any responsibility for the accuracy of the information supplied and cannot be held liable.
3.2 You will pay any advertisement fees before the property is listed on www.myownmove.com
3.3 You will arrange your own selling price.
3.4 You will arrange and conduct viewings of the advertised property.
3.5 You will either remove the property, or update the status to sold, once the property has sold or is no longer for sale.
3.6 The photos you upload must either be of the property or directly relate to it.
3.7 You must be the legal owner of the copyright of any photos listed on your advertisement.
3.8 Property listings cannot be transfered from one property to another.
3.9 You must not include links (either textual or clickable) to external sites in your property descriptions unless the external site being linked to relates directly to your property, and ONLY your property. (i.e. you may not link to other private property sales web sites).

Violation of the above Terms and Conditions may result in your account being suspended and/or your property listing being removed.
